Course outline
Every food supply business must have a food safety supervisor. This course incorporates basic food hygiene principles and practical applications in the work place. You will gain the knowledge of the implementation and maintenance of the food safety standards in the workplace.
Prerequisites
Participants require basic computer skills
Provide evidence (supply a copy of certificate) of having completed the food hygiene unit, either SITXFSA001 or SITXFSA005 within the last 2 years
Be currently employed in the hospitality industry - (Trainer to visit workplace)
Course delivery
Theory component delivered On-line
Fee: $100.00 plus travel costs for Trainer to visit workplace
