FOOD SAFETY SUPERVISOR
This course is designed specifically for the Food Safety Supervisor. The course incorporates basic food hygiene principles and practical application in the workplace, and the implementation and maintenance of food safety standards in the workplace
This qualification is delivered in the classroom or workplace. If in the workplace, our qualified trainers will visit you on-site to train and assess this course. On the job training enables continuing learning and maintenance of new skills.

SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety course needs to be completed before attempting this supervisors course. You will be required to present your original ‘Statement of attainment” to administration staff prior to commencement
