Please Note

Accredited course admission is subject to the completion of a pre-training review.
A deposit is payable prior to course commencement. Full payment of fees is required for certification to be issued to student upon successful completion.

Places are not transferable. If you are unable to attend your class please notify us as your place will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.


Deposits: A minimum deposit is required for confirmation of your enrolment. Check at the office for the minimum deposit for the course you are interested in.

Payments by instalments: Payment by instalments may be negotiated for accredited courses however a payment plan must be arranged well in advance of the class commencement. Payment plans can be discussed at the pre-training review stage. Payments for all courses can be made by Cash, Cheque, Eftpos or Credit Card

You must also meet one of the following criteria:

‣ A person under 20 years

‣ An applicant seeking a higher qualification than already held.

‣ An applicant seeking a Foundation Skills course.

‣ An applicant who is an apprentice.

Our policy provides all students with information on the ability to apply for a refund of their tuition fees in certain circumstances. This policy ensures all students are treated fairly and with integrity when applying for refunds.

All complaints and appeals received by Laurels Education & Training will be viewed as an opportunity for improvement. This policy supports Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) Standards by providing a process for complaints and appeals to be heard and actioned.
