PLEASE NOTE

Course places

Places are allocated according to receipt of applications and fees.

Places are not transferable. If you are unable to attend your class please notify us as your place will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.

Course payments

Students enrolling in several classes may pay full fees for the first class and place a deposit on the succeeding course.

Balances owing must be completed at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the course.

Deposits: A minimum deposit is required for confirmation of your enrolment. Check at the office for the minimum deposit for the course you are interested in.

Payments by instalments: Payment by installments is available but must be arranged well in advance of the class commencement. Payments can be made by Cash, Cheque, Eftpos or Credit Card

Eligible for a government fee subsidy?

You are eligible for government subsidised training if you are an Australian citizen or meet residency status.

You must also meet one of the following criteria:

‣ A person under 20 years

‣ An applicant seeking a higher qualification than already held.

‣ An applicant seeking a Foundation Skills course.

‣ An applicant who is an apprentice.

This policy provides all staff and students information on the ability to apply for a refund of tuition fees in certain circumstances. The procedures ensure all students are treated fairly and with integrity when applying for refunds.
