A range of old favourites, popular new recipes and healthy cooking options will be explored. Topics and recipes will be discussed at the first lesson. This is a very practical 'hand on' experience that could change your life for the better.

SWEET PASTRY MAKING - CHOUX PASTRY - ECLAIRS AND PROFITEROLES
Join pastry chef Chris Reid from Angelo's Bakery at this 'hands on' class for those who would like to master the art of traditional French choux pastry, the basis for a rnage of luscious desserts. While your pastry is cooling, you will learn to make a yummy French custard filling and cholcolage ganache topping to create your classis chocolate eclairs and profiteroles.

CHEESEMAKING
Cheese maker Lee-Anne Tisdale will give you the knowledge and skills to start cheese making at home. In this day long workshop you will learn how to make delicious Feta which you will get to take home. You will also learn to make thick creamy Greek style yoghurt. This is a small class, places are limited so enrol early. A requirements list is available on enrolment.
