poor reading, writing and maths skills. The Laurels has small classes

Return to study - for students who have not been in
study for some time or who need to improve skills, set goals and explore
further education options.
Study support- is for students who are new to further education, are enrolled
in a course and would appreciate the help of a friendly mentor throughout
the year to get through the course. This assistance can be in a variety
of form, including “face-to-face”, emails, etc.

the everyday skills you need for work , home or to help the kids with
their homework can be gained without pain.
Mathamagic Computer Tutor
Mathamagic Computer Tutor is an interactive computer program designed
to assist people of all ages to improve their mathematical skills.
The value of the computer based program is that students
can work at their own pace and in their own time to achieve their maximum
potential. This program is suited to all levels from the primary school
to year 12. If you prefer to work on your own, the program is available
during computer internet access hours 9.30 am to 3.30 pm weekdays or by
appontment at other times. Fee $5.00 per hour.

skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing for people from non-english

All levels are catered for on an individual basis.
There are several sessions offering for adults who left school early or
had a disrupted or unhappy school education. The courses cover reading,
writing, speaking, math's, English as a second language and further study
skills. Certificates of General Education for Adults are issued as recognition
of levels achieved. The certificates are nationally recognised by employment
bodies and education institutions.
