COMPUTERS FOR SENIORS
This is not a class. The session is made available for seniors who would like to have free access to the internet. A facilitator is available at most sessions - for advice and support. Or you may like to join in to meet others and discuss like issues. Computer skills are required Wednesdays between 9.30 am and 11.00 am

COMPUTER PACKAGES (Work Skills)
This evening course is ideal for people who work in an office, clubs, or organisations where there is a requirement to generate a range of documents using Microsoft Word or Excel. Te course is designed presuming students have little or no working knowledge of the software. However the ability to use a mouse and dconfdence in using Windows is essential.
MS Word - learn to use a range of functions to create a variety of documents such as letters, memos, faxes, minutes, reports and the like.
MS Excel - Learn to create, edit and print real-world spreadsheets containing labels, numbers and formulae. Students have the option of purchasing a workbook at a cost of $40 or using one of a class set for the duration of the course.

MYOB
This is an introduction to MYOB. The skills and knowledge acquired in this course will teach you to create a company data file complete with historical and opening balances, produce and manage purchase orders and invoices, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable and produce BAS documentation
Confidence working witthin the Windows e3nvironment is essential.
A basic understanding of bookkeeping principles is a pre requisite.
At the time of enrolment, students will be required to purchase a workbook at a cost of $44 which is in addition to the course fee.
